Cassandra Sandoval sitting on a bench at PHS

Hello, my name is Casandra Sandoval and I am proud to be your Parker High School
November Student of the Month. I am seventeen years old and have lived in Parker all my
life. I attended Le Pera Elementary School and was awarded Valedictorian of my class. I am
actively involved in many school activities and am a captain of both varsity basketball and
volleyball. I am currently the secretary of the Interact Club and I am also a new member of
the National Honor Society. Throughout my high school experience, I have made lots of
friends and memories.

I am the oldest of six and proud to be the daughter of Julie Cruz and Miguel Sandoval. I
want to thank them for always pushing me to work hard and for always helping me in all
that I need. My plan for the future is to go to an Arizona College to major in welding. To all
the teachers and coaches I have had in my four years of being at Parker High, thank you
for encouraging me and teaching me the basics of becoming an adult. I am Casandra
Sandoval, your Parker High Student of the Month. GO BRONCS!
