Hello, my name is Luis Gerardo Castellanos Gutierrez. I am the son of Luis Castellanos and Claudia Gutierrez.
I'm in the Math Club, of which I am vice president, marching band, and concert band next semester. You'll be surprised how different they are from each other. I enjoy writing, and I'm actually writing a book right now, but don't ask when it's going to be done because I don't even know myself.
When the principal called me in to tell me I was the student of the month for October, I thought I was in trouble. Even the person at the front desk played into it to spook me a bit. But after I found out I got a free parking spot for a month I thought, “Maybe I should start bringing my car,” since I go on the bus to save on gas money.
Back when I was younger my highest grade was a B and I only got that once at the beginning of the year in sixth grade. My grades back then were more often than not a C or D. The only reason why I somehow became a student with a 3.9 GPA was because my parents made me switch schools since COVID-19 turned my 59% into a 2% and that gave me the motivation to actually try. Soon enough those F’s became A’s and B’s then became straight A’s. Well except for two math classes, in those I got B’s. The point is you can get high grades and even achieve your goals if you try hard enough.
Overall I did enjoy Parker High School because of my friends and teachers whom I talked to after I finished all my work. Was it all nice and dandy? Nope, the work sometimes left me flabbergasted, flummoxed, and bewildered with it. But I would like to say I had fun and I learned a lot about how to be a decent person.
In conclusion! Parker High School was nice. Goodbye and God Bless.
