Kaelen with a big smile in the courtyard at PHS

Hello, My name is Kaelen Jones. I am the eldest child of Erica and Kyle Jones. I have a younger brother, Gage Jones, and an older cousin, Murdoch Brown. They both attend Parker high school as well. My family means very much to me, as we are all very close to each other. They have been my support system throughout my whole life, which I am beyond grateful for. I was born in Fullerton, California, where my family is originally from. At the age of 3, I moved to Parker. I have gone to school here my whole life.

During my time at Parker High School, I have been involved in many different activities. During high school, my favorite activity was cheer, which I was on varsity all four years and have been captain for three years. Along with cheer, I have been a member of FFA chapters, Interact Club, Police Explorers, and track & baseball manager. Although I am very involved in my school, my favorite memories are with Ms. Amparo and helping her in the office.

Outside of school, I have worked 3 jobs, which have helped me save for my plans after high school. As previously said, I am involved with the Interact club, which has got me in contact with Parker Rotary and is helping me pursue my foreign exchange experience, which has helped tremendously. Between the months of July and September, I will be starting my foreign exchange journey in Italy. I am beyond grateful and excited to have this opportunity to learn a new language, culture, and experience a different education system. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I wouldn't have been able to do it without my community. I would like to thank my parents, the Parker Rotary, interact club, and anyone else who has contributed to and supported my dream.
