Hi, I’m Jordan Bailey, and I just want to say thank you for choosing me as the October PHS student of the month. You might have seen me out on the football field during halftimes setting up that stand that the conductor stands on, but that’s just one part of my life. I’m the 17 year old son of my parents Sarah and Michael Bailey, who I live with alongside my three siblings, Jacob, James, and Rebecca. Throughout my life, I’ve been a part of many different clubs and programs, but the three that have really stuck with me are band, Youth for Youth, and the National Honor Society. As well as being a member of the band, I’m also the president. I’m also an active member of all three clubs. Outside of school, I can usually be found at my job at Subway. When I was in second grade, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which has limited my career options. For example, I can no longer go to the military for what I was hoping to go for, which was to be a pilot. Instead, I’ve set my sights on NAU, where I plan to get a bachelor’s degree in biology, and from there I hope to do great things.
